Cancellation Policy

• Please arrive a little before your scheduled appointment time

• If you arrive late, your massage may still have to end on time

• If I can, I’ll extend your appointment to make up lost time

• If I’m running late, I’ll make sure you get all your appointment time

• If you don’t attend your massage appointment, the full fee may be charged

• If you reschedule or cancel within 24hrs, 100% of the fee may be charged

• Contact me by email as soon as possible if you’re unable to keep your appointment
